First Thursday–Yoga and Sound Journey at the Museum

Unwind with guided yoga, immersive sounds, and journaling prompts reflecting on exhibition themes. 

Our final First Thursday of the semester is an evening of stillness and reflection among the land-based works of Athena LaTocha's Buried Heat and Between Earth and Sky: Artists in Dialogue with the Land. Unwind with a short, guided yoga session led by RecWell followed by a sound journey by Alice Feldman, then take a quiet moment with journaling prompts inspired by LaTocha's exploration of land, memory, and our connection to place.
